St. Joseph Pro-Cathedral and its covenant ministries strive to sustain and develop services aimed at bringing together diverse communities of people to promote justice, provide economic and educational opportunities, and transform the lives of the people of Camden.

The collective covenant of the seven East Camden Neighborhood Ministries is to:

• Help families at all stages of their lives, from their formative years to their adult years
• Help people at all levels of need, from basic shelter to scholarships for advanced education
• Guide children through their formative years, breaking the cycle of illiteracy and poverty
• Seek justice and the dignity of life, answer the call to serve, and provide hope and help to all
