ABSENCE NOTIFICATION PROCEDURE

PARENTS, YOU MUST CALL THE AFTER SCHOOL ABSENCE EXTENSION AT 856-964-4336 EXT. 507 BY 10:00 AM IF YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE ATTENDING THE PROGRAM THAT DAY!

For your convenience, the number is available 24 hours for messages.

Neither teacher nor after school staff will accept notes regarding absences from the program.  It is the parent's responsibility to call if a student is to be picked up or walk home at 2:30.  All students enrolled in the program must report to the cafeteria at 2:30 unless homeroom teacher has been notified by the after school administration.
