ADMISSION GUIDELINES

            * Prospective student must be five (5) years old on or before September 30th.
            * All prospective students will be screened for readiness for Kindergarten.  Acceptance will
               be contingent upon the results of the screening.

The following documents will be needed to ensure the registration process:

                *  Completed Admissions Packet
                *  Original Birth Certificate
                *  Immunization Record
                *  Proof of Residency
                *  Baptismal Certificate if child is Catholic
                *  Non-refundable registration fee of $100.00
