        ADMISSIONS INFORMATION FOR GRADES 1 THROUGH 8

Registration for new students is encouraged each year beginning in April.  Families are welcome to call the school to inquire about openings on an ongoing basis.  During the summer, please contact the school prior to visiting for office hours.

Admission Requirements:

• ·       Screening and/or interview is required prior to acceptance.
  ·       Local transfers of students from any public, private or diocesan school into grade 8 are
           generally not considered for admittance.
  ·       Applications are processed and considered in order to determine if St. Joseph Pro-Cathedral
           School can meet the needs of the applicant.  The decision is communicated through a telephone
           call and/or in writing.
  ·       All applicants must present
                         ·       Completed Admissions Packet
                         ·       Original Birth Certificate
                         ·       Current Immunization Records
                         ·       Baptismal Certificate
                         ·       Copy of most recent report card
                         ·       Proof of Residency
  
  Non-refundable registration fee of $100.00 is due upon acceptance into the school.
  
  St. Joseph Pro-Cathedral School operates under the direction of the guidelines of the
  Diocese of Camden.
