NOTA IMPORTANTE: Los registros sacramentales, debido a que son documentos legales, sólo pueden ser entregados a la persona para la cual es el documento, a sus padres o tutores legales, o a otra parroquia o agencia católica.
Los abuelos, padrinos o amigos de la familia NO PUEDEN SOLICITAR certificados a menos que sean tutores legales. Al momento de recibir el record sacramental debe entregar una copia de su ID personal.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Sacramental records, because they are legal documents, may only be released to the person for whom the document is for, their legal parents or guardian, or another Catholic parish or Agency.
Grandparents, god parents, or family friends MAY NOT REQUEST certificates unless they are legal guardians. St. Joseph Pro-Cathedral parish will call and confirm relation to the person whom the record is for. At the time of receiving the sacramental record you must provide a copy of your personal ID.
