St. Joseph YouTube Automation is an internal application used by St. Joseph Pro-Cathedral to assist authorized parish personnel with the scheduling and management of the parish's YouTube live broadcasts.
Google and YouTube Data
The application uses Google's OAuth 2.0 authorization system and the YouTube Data API to access the parish's authorized YouTube account.
The application requests access necessary to manage the parish's YouTube account and scheduled live broadcasts. This access is used to perform functions such as preparing and managing scheduled YouTube live broadcasts for Daily Mass and Eucharistic Adoration.
How Information Is Used
Google and YouTube account access obtained through the application is used solely for operating and managing St. Joseph Pro-Cathedral's YouTube broadcasts.
The application does not sell Google user data.
The application does not use Google user data for advertising.
The application does not provide Google user data to outside parties for marketing purposes.
Access is limited to the functions required for the parish's YouTube broadcast automation.
Data Storage and Security
OAuth authorization credentials required for the application to communicate with Google services are stored on the parish's authorized livestream computer and are used to maintain authorized access to the parish's YouTube account.
Access to the application and livestream computer is limited to authorized parish personnel.
Revoking Access
Authorization may be revoked through the security settings of the Google account associated with the parish's YouTube channel. Revoking authorization will prevent St. Joseph YouTube Automation from accessing the account until authorization is granted again.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated if the application's functionality or use of Google and YouTube data changes.
